Every task you remove from your personal execution stack is a task that frees cognitive bandwidth for the work that only you can do. Efficiency science is not about doing more. It is about concentrating your highest-output capacity on the narrowest, most leveraged surface area possible. The rest is noise. Treat it accordingly.
